Some products in our online store are displayed larger or smaller than life size. Please review the content of the product in its description. Prices may change without notice. The availability of products is subject to their respective stocks.

Acceptance of the conditions of use
Your access and/or use of the “Site”, as a “User”, implies the unconditional acceptance of the “Terms and Conditions”. The privacy of your information will be respected, so please follow some guidelines for the interaction and storage of your data. 1. Your registration information is stored in a secure environment with exclusive access to store administrators; 2. Your registration details (name, phone, email…) will NEVER be disclosed to third parties, keeping your privacy to the maximum. 3. We NEVER store your bank details. 4. To update your registration data, change your password or unsubscribe from the site, access "My account". In it, you can change all your data keeping them always updated; 5. Do not give your password to other people, it is important to keep your data confidential;

Product not avilable
In the event of the purchase and payment of an item that is not available, the customer will be contacted by email and a refund will be made at the customer's discretion in the bank account, in the amount of the order or coupon that can be used for a next purchase.     

defective product  
The customer has up to 05 (five) business days, from the date of delivery of the product, to report any defect. Please check the condition of the products as soon as you receive them and if you find something wrong, please contact us. There will be no exchange cost for customers when the product has manufacturing defects, transport damage, the order is violated or any other problem that prevents its correct use. The product to be exchanged must be in a secure and closed package, if the product is not in these conditions, the exchange will not take place. As soon as the product is received, the reported defect will be evaluated, as well as the condition of the product. The exchange will be made for the same product purchased or for a product of the same value. If the product does not have a manufacturing defect, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Different product than the one I bought
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, you must contact us immediately. For the products to be returned they must not be opened, the seals must not be broken and in no case must they be used, so the products will be replaced within the agreed period.

Warranty
The products are guaranteed, sealed and in their original packaging. The products are stored at room temperature and in no case are they violated, they remain sealed until their publication.

To cancel an order
The cancellation of your purchase can be done at any time before the order is shipped, it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
